A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this TOS or any breach thereof, in any instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this TOS to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; we may assign our rights under this TOS without condition. This TOS will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
- SMS Terms of Service - DoMORE Membership
DoMORE members may opt-in to receive text-based alerts related to their membership. Members must have a valid cellphone number and carrier contract allowing the receipt of text messages. Members may be notified when they have available tickets to claim. Members may be notified with relevant event details after they claim tickets to an event. Members may be notified of status alerts concerning their membership. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt-in again, you can update your membership profile to receive SMS messages again by completing opt-in. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at domore@dostuffmedia.com.
