DoNYC • Account Manager

DoNYC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a track record of managing client relations and executing media campaigns. As a DoStuff Account Manager, your primary job will be executing impactful programs for our clients and serving as a liaison between clients and local team members. Whether that’s project managing timelines, overseeing delivery, or maintaining all-star communication, our core is to bring clients meaningful, localized engagement with our audience.

You’ll work closely with our Operations & Sales teams to oversee all aspects of your programs based in NYC and across our entire network. You’ll have the option for a hybrid work environment split between work from home and DoNYC’s office. You’ll also be supported by DoStuff’s team in Austin, as well as the other brilliant minds at DoStuff cities around the country. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage client-facing programs to completion

  • Establish project priorities and deadlines

  • Develop and maintain appropriate levels of communication with the client, internal team members, vendors, partners, and staff to ensure proper coordination of all program components and deliverables

  • Maintain and track all relevant program documents such as signed deliverables, project finances, project status report/update to management and clients

  • Oversee execution of programs; organize sold program deal-points into actionable items and communicate these tasks to local teams

  • Proactively collaborate with Sales and Operations Teams when inconsistencies or issues arise within campaigns such as underperformance to ensure a timely resolution

  • Monitor and manage status of programs to ensure campaign success metrics are achieved

  • Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure goals are met and client is satisfied
