DoStuff is seeking a highly motivated individual with a track record of success executing digital and in person experiential activations.
The world of activations and experiences has changed immensely in 2020 and thus responsibilities may evolve based on the needs of clients and the Accounts department.
As the Brand Activations Coordinator you will work full time with the Accounts department to help produce meaningful experiences for our clients.
Virtual + In-Person Events: Establish project requirements, budget, priorities and timelines for the internal team.
Branded Activations: Build, manage and execute client activations to completion in tandem with the accounts department. Sourcing vendors, quotes, and locations.
Client Documents: Compile mood boards, influencer & artist decks for approval, and timely program reports as they relate to experiences.
Onsite Coordination: Travel as needed to oversee events, photoshoots, videos, & production. Create a run of show and coordinate across vendors.
Communications: Develop and maintain appropriate levels of communication with the internal team, vendors, partners, and staff to ensure proper coordination of all program deliverables.
Online Coordination: Monitor and manage status of programs to ensure campaign success metrics are achieved. Proactively collaborate with your Account Manager when challenges arise and ensure timely resolution.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Research & identify potential sponsorships for sold campaigns.
Booking Talent: Outreach and contract building for artists, vendors, influencers, photographers, editors, etc.
Internal Documents: Maintain and track all relevant program documents such as artist/vendor contracts, signed deliverables, project finances, etc.
Applicants are preferably based in Austin, TX or Chicago, IL and have entry-level experience in the above fields.
