We’re looking for our next Paid Social Manager to produce impactful advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and more.
As our Paid Social Manager, your job is to ensure that our clients’ national media programs are thriving. We'll give you a performance goal (eg - “get this many landing page views on this page with this budget”) and you'll smash it.
You'll work directly with our National Programs, Sales Marketing, Content and Audience teams to ensure our clients’ programs are operating without a hitch, our internal and client-facing data reports are accurate and telling the best possible story, and our sales team has the documentation they need to properly price each advertising placement.
You’ll be directly responsible for the success of programs worth hundreds of thousands of dollars; you’ll generate advertising content for media properties across North America; your work will be seen by millions of people every year.

DoStuff is a network of local media properties run by local teams in 20 cities. 7 million people a month across those cities use our local daily emails, apps, websites & social handles to answer the question: “What am I going to do tonight?”

Your time will be roughly spent in the following ways:
Paid Media For National Programs (75%)
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Executing audience growth and acquisition tests via PPC, social media, SEO/SEM, email, and website content
Campaign Ideation, Strategy, Management, Optimization
Creative Strategy & Recommendation
Internal & External Reporting (25%)
Updating weekly, monthly, and annual social, website, and email reports for internal use
Creating and updating Paid Social reports for internal use and client facing reports
Compensation for this role begins at $50,000 annually. Must live in Austin (or willing to move here immediately).
