DoStuff • Senior Account Manager

DoStuff is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a track record of managing client relations and directly overseeing media campaigns. As a Senior Account Manager, your primary job will be executing impactful programs for our clients and serving as a liaison between clients and local team members. Whether that’s project managing timelines, overseeing delivery, or maintaining all-star communication, our mission is to bring clients meaningful, localized engagement with our audience.

You’ll work closely with our Operations & Sales teams to oversee all aspects of your programs based across our entire network. You’ll have the option for a hybrid work environment based in any of DoStuff's network of cities. You’ll be supported by DoStuff’s team in Austin, as well as the other brilliant minds at DoStuff cities around the country. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage client-facing digital and experiential programs to completion

  • Establish project priorities and deadlines amongst the internal team by organizing deals into actionable items

  • Develop and maintain appropriate levels of communication with the client, internal team members, vendors, partners, and staff to ensure proper coordination of all program components and deliverables

  • Maintain and track all relevant program documents such as signed deliverables, finances, and status reports

  • Proactively collaborate with Sales and Operations when inconsistencies or issues arise to ensure a timely resolution

  • Communicate status of programs to ensure clients' success metrics are achieved

  • Create timely program and billing reports

  • Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts

  • Have digital marketing experience

  • Have a proven track record of increasing client retention
