About the Amplification Project:

DoStuff offers media support to grants across 16 US cities through the DoStuff Amplification Project, a social equity media grant to businesses and DO’ers to support the local community.

Our Mission:

The DoStuff Network provides free promotional support to help amplify local businesses, events, fundraisers, and organizations that are BIPOC/LGBTQIA+/women/people with disabilities. DoStuff’s Intersectionality Committee assembled the efforts of this Amplification Project, formed in 2020, to help center marginalized voices within the internal and external workings of DoStuff.

We’re all about getting our users to go out and do awesome stuff every day in our beloved cities. The Amplification Project is our way to uplift community organizations and events that need amplification and support inclusive spaces for all to do awesome stuff.

How it Works:

We will be granting media packages (value $2,500 USD/CAD) to highlight your business, event, fundraiser, or other creative project! Our media packages are designed to promote your endeavors and help you reach new patrons and creatives looking to do awesome stuff in your community.

Grant Recipients Must:

    • Supply creative/ads for your campaign

    • Tag @DoStuff / @Do(the city that you're in) on all social platforms, so we can repost!

    • Use hashtag #DoGOOD on all social platforms.

Fine print:
*No money will be given out, this is for media credit to use to promote your stuff.
*You can only receive 1 grant per year, this allows us to help with more projects.
*Organization/Business must reside in one of the following cities to be eligible: Boston (Do617), Chicago (Do312), Dallas (Do214), Houston (Do713), Indianapolis (Do317), Kansas City (Do816), Los Angeles (DoLA), Louisville (Do502), Nashville (Do615), New York City (DoNYC), Philadelphia (Do215), Portland (DoPDX), San Antonio (Do210), San Diego (DoSD), Seattle (Do206), Vancouver (Do604), and Victoria (Do250)
