DoStuff • Client Success Manager, Do312

The Role:

DoStuff is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented, culture-savvy Client Success Manager to grow and manage partnerships with venues, promoters, brands, and agencies in Chicago’s live event scene.

This role is all about relationships, execution, and results. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, DoMORE inventory is managed and growing, and every partner gets maximum value from working with Do312.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Content team to execute and optimize campaigns. You'll also be backed by our crew in Austin and the network of smart, scrappy DoStuff operators around the country.

This is a full-time position based in Chicago, offering a total compensation package of $58,000 to $65,000, depending on experience, with potential to earn commission.

What You’ll Do:

Drive campaign success by leading the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for event partners. You’ll own the results, not just the tasks.

  • Set clear priorities and timelines for each campaign, aligning with partner goals and proactively removing blockers.

  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining clean, up-to-date listings and tools—tasking internal teams when needed, but never waiting for things to break.

  • Translate campaign strategy into action by organizing deal points into clear tasks, overseeing execution, and following through on every detail.

  • Monitor and optimize performance throughout the campaign lifecycle, using reporting tools to identify areas for improvement before issues arise.

  • Deliver insightful campaign reports consistently and on time, clearly tying outcomes to partner goals and ROI.

Achieve key performance metrics by selling the DoStuff value proposition to new and recurring clients

  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts—helping partners understand how DoStuff and DoMORE can drive their goals forward.

  • Lead renewals with confidence – proactively surfacing opportunities to extend value and deepen engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, not as a chore, but as a strategic tool for relationship building and insights.

Drive ticket inventory success by helping partners contribute strategically and consistently and empowering them with the tools, data, and insights to maximize the value they receive from DoMORE.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Accounts to identify new DoMORE opportunities, bringing in high-fit leads and championing their success.

Foster strong communication across clients, internal teams, and partners ensuring all aspects of your client portfolio run smoothly and expectations are met or exceeded.

  • Anticipate challenges before they impact performance. Collaborate across teams to adjust strategy, troubleshoot proactively, and keep campaigns on track.

  • Lead with empathy and accountability, building trust with partners and internal collaborators alike through responsiveness, transparency, and shared wins.

Your ultimate mission is to drive Chicago’s live event culture forward—connecting promoters, venues, and brands in ways that make Do312 a trusted force behind the city’s event plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in media, project management, sponsorship, or event sales.

  • Great communication skills. Short. Entertaining. Get It Done. Can put together a coherent email quickly. You’re cool with picking up the phone and talking to a client to work through a last-minute issue.

  • Strong understanding of Chicago’s local event landscape—venues, festivals, promoters, etc.

  • A passion for live events and nightlife. You attend them, you follow them, and you can talk about them with authority.

  • The ability and willingness to work a sometimes unconventional schedule - quickly answering partner needs on a rare occasion in the evening hours or weekend.

  • Familiarity with digital media metrics, campaign performance, and sales.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Organized!

Bonus Points If You:

  • Already use Do312.

  • Have experience working in the music or entertainment industry.

  • Have existing relationships with venues, bookers, or local brands.
