About the Role:
DoStuff is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with our Sales team to craft impactful marketing programs, compelling pitches, and beautifully simple designs that resonate with both our clients and audiences. This position is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work at the intersection of sales marketing, creative design, and lead generation, driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences through innovative ideas, effective materials, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative:
Campaign Ideation: Partner with our Sales team to brainstorm and build custom marketing programs that align with client goals.
Visual Storytelling: Create simple, effective designs for pitch decks, proposal one-sheets, and sales templates using tools like Canva, Keynote, or Adobe.
Content Development: Design and produce marketing collateral such as graphics, B2B emails, LinkedIn posts, and client presentations.
Sales Enablement: Develop category-specific product sheets and solutions to help us win new business.
Program Translation: Help translate creative concepts into client-facing deliverables that are clear, actionable, and visually engaging.
Sales Support & Lead Generation:
Market Research: Identify trends, new leads, and potential verticals for business growth.
Lead Development: Pinpoint key decision-makers and opportunities, becoming an expert on client needs and how DoStuff can help.
Relationship Building: Assist in creating sales proposals, contracts, and tailored marketing plans that meet client objectives.
Operational Support: Maintain CRM reports, develop processes for lead tracking, and ensure sales goals are met.
About You:
You’re driven, creative, and collaborative, with an eye for design and a knack for storytelling.
Creative Thinker: You approach challenges with fresh ideas and know how to execute simple, clean designs that communicate effectively.
Strong Communicator: Your writing is sharp, persuasive, and polished.
Strong Designer: You have a solid understanding of design principles and can create polished, visually compelling assets like presentations, graphics, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Keynote.
Organized: You can juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Passionate: You’re excited about live events, pop culture, and the power of great branding.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Canva, Keynote, Google Workspace, AI Platforms, and CRM platforms (bonus if you’re fluent in Asana and HubSpot).
Curious: Always eager to learn, whether it’s market trends or new creative tools.
Ambitious: You have a “can do” attitude, consistently driving results and seeking creative solutions to challenges.

This is a full-time position based in Austin, Chicago, Nashville, or Los Angeles, with a compensation range of $65,000 - $80,000.
