The Role:
This position is available as a full-time, part-time, or contract-based role, with the flexibility to work from any of DoStuff’s U.S. cities.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to build and grow revenue by selling marketing and sponsorship solutions to venues, promoters, brands, and agencies. Whether representing a local DoStuff market or selling national brand integrations, this role is about building meaningful partnerships, driving revenue, and shaping the entertainment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships with venues, promoters, brands, agencies, and local businesses to help them reach DoStuff’s engaged audience.
Sell integrated marketing campaigns that include digital media, experiential activations, influencer collaborations, editorial features, and social content.
Prospect and secure new business by identifying opportunities across concerts, festivals, sports, nightlife, pop-ups, cultural exhibits, and brands, while retaining and renewing existing business.
Curate and manage ticketing partnerships to fuel DoMORE, our event subscription program, by securing ticket allocations and optimizing inventory.
Stay ahead of trends in the entertainment and media landscape, keeping a pulse on event marketing, ticketing strategies, and audience engagement.
Work closely with DoStuff’s local and national teams to execute programs that deliver results for advertisers and event partners.
Meet and exceed sales targets through a mix of new business development and account growth.
Use CRM tools to manage a pipeline, track sales progress, and hit revenue targets.
About You:
Proven sales experience in media, sponsorship, experiential marketing, or event partnerships.
Strong relationships with venues, event promoters, agencies, and brands (local or national).
A natural relationship-builder who thrives on creating win-win partnerships.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial—able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
A storyteller and problem-solver—you know how to package creative solutions that meet client objectives.
Knowledgeable about live events and local culture—you love discovering what makes each city tick.

This position is available as a full-time, part-time, or contract-based role, with the flexibility to work from any of DoStuff’s U.S. cities. It includes a base salary range of $50k - $60k + uncapped commission.
